In 1995, Roger Maxwell pursued his dream and opened his first In Celebration of Golf location in Scottsdale, Arizona. This highly successful store set new standards for customer service, selection and ambience in golf retail. Another store followed in Las Vegas in 1999, and in 2000, the first airport location of In Celebration of Golf location was opened in Phoenix, Arizona. The shop was an immediate success, prompting the expansion of the concept to other airports.
