The store is custom designed to include decor that reflects the distinctive red-and-white-striped awnings of the original bakery that is also in harmony with the architecture and aesthetics of Portland International Airport.

The menu mirrors quality local products of the Portland area, including Tillamook cheese and local produce. We also serve our exclusive Euro Cafe coffees, consisting of the finest Arabica beans. This signature coffee blend has been a huge success, with over 2 million cups sold last year. And the beverage menu has recently been expanded to include warm weather lattes and frappes, along with many other specialty drinks.
